Full bodied, slightly off dry white wine blend with pronounced aromatics of grapefruit pith, subtle floral notes, lemon, yellow pear, yellow apple, fresh cut herbs, hint of walnut skin and warm/stony minerality. On the palate the wine offers up dried fruit compote (apple/apricot), honeysuckle, peach skin, dried hay/corn husk notes and subtle marzipan. A “classic Petite Sirah” - rich and indulgent, with opaque with heavy staining on the tears. "There is a good deal of fruit on the nose" including boysenberry jam, with dark roasted espresso and balsamic notes. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, and offers medium + tannins with a delicious array of macerated red berries and blackberries and interesting secondary notes of maple, sage brush, gravel and new leather. This is an "exuberant" wine with a mouthwatering combination of strawberry/watermelon aromatics with undercurrents of coffee, warm earth with a hint of pepper. On the palate there is bright acidity, medium- tannins, ripe strawberry and pomegranates with brambly notes coming from whole cluster fermentation. This is a "classic" Grenache Blanc with a pale lemon color with pronounced aromatics of lemon zest, nectarine, lime, hay, tart green apple, sage, pear skin with a hint of minerality and jasmine/hawthorn flower. The wine is light bodied with medium+ acidity with the palate amplifying aromatics highlighting grapefruit, lemon curd, lemon and lime zest and marzipan. This "straw wine" is light and luscious in the mouth and is not an overly sweet dessert wine.
