Full bodied, slightly off dry white wine blend with pronounced aromatics of grapefruit pith, subtle floral notes, lemon, yellow pear, yellow apple, fresh cut herbs, hint of walnut skin and warm/stony minerality. On the palate the wine offers up dried fruit compote (apple/apricot), honeysuckle, peach skin, dried hay/corn husk notes and subtle marzipan. There is a nice punch of bright acidity on the lingering stony finish that makes the wine "complex and interesting". 242 cases produced.
