Endive leaves with pear, blue cheese, and walnuts.

Main: Cassoulet
Bean stew with chicken, sausage, and salt pork.

Side: Oven Roasted Smashed Potatoes
Smashed potatoes tossed with duck fat and rosemary and roasted until golden
brown and crispy.

Dessert: Coconut Chocolate Mousse
Chocolate whipped into coconut cream.
