On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, with medium tannins, offers bright acidity and has an herbaceous quality. Whole cluster fermentation adds a luscious texture to the wine, which is evident throughout the tasting experience. The finish is medium with mouthwatering ripe red fruit complemented by subtle notes of white pepper.
