Learn to make handmade pasta and understand tips and tricks for how to use dried pastas. In this class you will make two sauces: an "alio e olio" and the Roman classic, amatriciana. With these two basic sauces under your belt, you will learn some guidelines to help you get creative at home. Caleb will also share his favorite vinaigrette recipe which he always has on hand for delicious salads and a simple blueberry polenta cake. After you have cooked your pasta, sauces, and tossed your salad, sit down and enjoy your meal and wine pairing!
