Bonne Nuit “Good Night” is our fortified red dessert wine offering alluring floral and fruit aromas including violets, blackcurrants/cassis, ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and an earthiness complimented by notes of bittersweet cocoa, fig, dried prune, cedar, and spice on the palate. This wine is an excellent balance of sweetness to alcohol and showcases the best of both worlds, combining the elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon, with the earthiness of Syrah offering depth and complexity in a port-style wine. Enjoy after dinner with a selection of cheeses, dried fruits and nuts or chilled as an aperitif.
Our Riesling has a very similar flavor profile to Rieslings found in southern Australia (the Clare and Eden Valleys). This wine has pronounced tropical fruit (green papaya and guava) aromas, coupled with Meyer lemon, lime zest, and green apple. This wine has a muted petrol like aroma (a classic “tell” of this varietal). On the palate, the wine is dry, light bodied and offers tantalizing acidity and minerality. On the palate, tropical fruit and citrus predominate, with notes of white jasmine. The finish packs a zesty, minerally, lemon-lime punch! This is a great wine to enjoy on a summer afternoon.

On the palate, the wine is luscious, dry, with medium + tannins, offers balanced acidity and is medium to full bodied. Layered with primary flavors of blackberry jam, dried blueberries, cassis and spice, as the wine unfolds, it unveils damp earth, vanilla and smoky undertones. This is a complex wine with a long lasting finish, marked by dark fruit, leather and subtle spice notes.

Medium aromatics with notes of candied cherry, raspberry and strawberry preserves. On the palate, the wine is dry, has medium + tannins, medium acidity and body - very well balanced. Ripe bing cherries, zesty red plum skins and strawberry preserves dominate the palate with notes of white pepper, with a subtle oak presence providing depth and character. The finish is lasting and bright, accentuated by ripe cherries, and plums.

Grenache Blanc wine exhibits a medium and pronounced nose with ripe bosc pears, yellow peaches, and golden apples being the dominant fruit aromas. Honey and Meyer lemon peel add complexity to the nose, along with green candy apples, hay, almond skin, hawthorn flowers, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium body and high acidity. The aromatics are amplified on the palate, with the addition of lemon curd, marmalade, and marzipan. The finish is lasting and mouthwatering, with lingering lemon curd and green apple notes.
Viognier is known for its complex and pronounced aromatics, and this wine is no exception. The aromas are incredibly floral, with notes of honeysuckle and jasmine, along with tropical notes of lychee, guava, passionfruit, and pineapple. Ripe white peaches, crenshaw melon, grapefruit, and lemon peel add further complexity. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acidity and medium body. The pleasing richness of the wine softens the acidity, while the palate amplifies the aromatics of stone fruit - apricot and white peach, guava, passionfruit, and pineapple. The finish is complex and long-lasting, dominated by ripe apricots, white peaches, and honeysuckle.
Domaine Artefact's Les Beaux Blancs is a white wine blend that pays tribute to Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc. The wine has a pronounced aroma of honeysuckle, jasmine, Anjou pear, mandarin oranges, with tropical fruit notes of pineapple and mango and hints of dried lemon. Fresh cut herbs add to the complexity of the aroma. On the palate, the wine is dry with a medium body and medium+ acidity, offering an amplified taste of ripe pear, orange marmalade, dried apricot, lemon zest, and honeysuckle. Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc offers a pronounced medley of citrus aromas dominated by grapefruit, candied lemon, kumquat, with tropical notes of lychee and passion fruit. Aromas of honeysuckle, honeydew melon and lemongrass are also present. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acidity, medium bodied with bold citrus flavors, tropical fruit underpinnings with notes of melon, gooseberry, almond flower, and tea leaf rounding out the palate. The finish is lasting and highlighted by grapefruit, lemon curd, kumquat, and lemongrass.
